Loyalty Club

1. As part of the online store, the Service Provider offers Users the opportunity to join the “Louis Lanier Club” Loyalty Club that aims to enable Users to collect points as part of their purchases in the online store, which can be exchanged for discounts on their purchases.

2. The Loyalty Club Programme began on 12 January 2026 and will continue until it is cancelled. At least 30 days in advance, users belonging to the Loyalty Club will be informed by email of the programme's planned ending.

Participation in the Loyalty Club is free of charge and completely optional. Every User who creates an account in the online store automatically becomes a member of the Loyalty Club and collects points for their purchases. User who has created an Account in the online store and does not want to be a member of the Loyalty Club may contact the service provider at any time for this purpose and resign from participation in the Loyalty Club without giving any reason.

4. Points are given depending on the value of the purchase made, in accordance with the following rules:

1. for each full 1 (in words: one) gross zloty spent on the purchase of goods covered by the program in the online store, the User receives 1 (in words: one) point,

2. Points are calculated based on the price of the goods only, excluding additional costs such as delivery costs.

3. In the case of a promotional price for a given good, the number of points is calculated based on the promotional price.

4. For submitting a review of the goods, the user receives 10 (in words: ten) points. For adding a written opinion about the goods, the user receives 10 (in words: ten) points. For adding a photo to the opinion, the user receives 10 (in words: ten) points.

 The maximum number of points a user can receive for one approved review is 30 (in words: thirty) points.

Points are given only for reviews confirmed by the service provider. The service provider reserves the right to refuse to confirm a review if its content violates the Terms and Conditions, legal regulations, good manners, or the rules of the online store.

Points for reviews are only awarded to users logged into their account at the time of adding the review.

5. Points collected by the user may be exchanged by them for discount codes, in accordance with the following rules:

1. Every 300 (in words: three hundred) points collected can be exchanged for a discount code worth 10 (in words: ten) PLN,

2. The minimum number of points that can be exchanged for a discount code is 300 (in words: three hundred) points.

3. Users who pay for their order with a Gift Card cannot exchange points for a discount.

4. A user who wants to use a discount code for the exchanged points is granted a maximum discount of 50% of the value of the goods,

5. If the user uses the discount in exchange for collected points, the number of points needed to receive the discount will be deducted from their account up to the value of the discount, but no more than to obtain a discount of 50% of the price.

6. In the case of a withdrawal from the contract, under the terms specified in §9 of the Terms and Conditions, the subject of which was the goods for which the user received a certain number of points, these points shall be removed from the User's Account at the time of effective withdrawal.

7. In the case of purchasing goods using a discount code, which were exchanged for the points mentioned above and subsequent withdrawal from the contract, in accordance with the rules specified in §9 of the Regulations, the subject of which was these goods, the service provider shall refund the user the price paid by him/her, taking into account the discount, additionally the discount voucher shall not be refunded in any form.

Example: If you purchase a product worth PLN 199 using a discount voucher worth PLN 30, you will pay PLN 169. When you return the goods, you will receive a refund of PLN 169. After the return, you will not receive a new replacement discount voucher.

1. Participants can check their total number of points by logging into their online store account, in the “Louis Lanier Club” tab, by clicking the “Exchange points for a discount voucher” button. Loyalty points will also be visible during the ordering process by clicking the “Exchange points for a discount voucher” button.

2. For the user to receive points for the amount spent during purchases, they must be logged into their account at the time of purchase. Users who are not logged into this account at the time of purchase will not receive points for the amount spent.

3. Gift Cards are excluded from the Loyalty Club program, which means that no points are awarded for their purchase.

4. Points do not have a validity period and can be exchanged for discount codes from the start date of the Loyalty Club program until its end date, subject to paragraph 2.

5. If the user deletes their account, the points assigned to it will expire on the date of deletion.

6. Points collected by users cannot be exchanged for cash, electronic transfers, gift cards, or other forms of compensation.

7. Points collected by the user cannot be transferred to other people.

8. If there's a strong suspicion that the same person has multiple accounts registered in the Loyalty Club, the service provider reserves the right to block the user's account and cancel all points collected by that person.

9. In the case of an account that has not been used for a period longer than 3 years from the date of creation of the account, which is defined as a lack of any interaction on the part of the user, the service provider reserves the right to deactivate such an account, informing the user of its intention to deactivate it at least 14 days in advance, during which period the user has the right to object to the deletion of the account. If the aser does not respond to the email received, the account may be deactivated, which also means that the points accumulated on it will be deactivated.

10. The service provider also reserves the right to suspend or deactivate the account after informing the user in advance. The user will not be entitled to make any claims in this respect in the following cases: a. fraud or attempted fraud by the user in the online store, b. actions taken by the user that may disrupt the operation of the Loyalty Club program, c. reasonable suspicion of a breach by the user of the provisions of these Terms and Conditions, in particular to the extent that it led to the unjustified awarding of points within the Loyalty Club or failure to deduct them, if such deduction could take place in accordance with the provisions of these Terms and Conditions, d. persistent violation by the user of the provisions of these Terms and Conditions and generally applicable laws that affect the functioning of the online store.

11. The user is obliged to adequately secure access to their account to prevent unauthorized persons from accessing it. If there is a suspicion that an unauthorized person has gained access to the user's account, the user is obliged to immediately inform the service provider, who will take steps to secure it.

12. Complaints regarding the Loyalty Account may be submitted directly to the service provider in accordance with the rules set out in § 8.
